Membership and access
Membership grants governed platform capabilities only. It does not itself verify a supplier, establish airworthiness or authorize maintenance release.
Renewal and cancellation
Renewal is explicit opt-in. Cancellation stops future renewal; the current paid term and any refund rights follow the written agreement and applicable law.
Payment and activation
An invoice, payment attempt or redirect is not settlement. Activation follows verified payment evidence, reconciliation and entitlement approval.
Offers and continuity
Launch-Year and Founding do not stack. Founding continuity value depends on active good standing and the published programme rules.
