Frequently asked questions

Clear answers with explicit boundaries

12 answers
Who can create an account?

Registered civil-aviation organizations can apply for corporate membership. Eligible people can apply in their own name as Independent Professionals.

Does creating an account activate access?

No. Identity, representation, purpose, evidence, and operating scope are reviewed before a controlled activation decision.

What is the difference between corporate and independent membership?

Corporate membership belongs to a registered organization and its authorized users. Independent membership belongs to one verified person and creates no organization authority.

Is Nexus the seller or repair organization?

Nexus provides controlled discovery, coordination, access, evidence, and monitoring. Asset ownership, technical authority, and transaction responsibility remain with the responsible parties.

Where do I report an AOG or safety-sensitive issue?

Verified members submit these through their controlled workspace so the accountable owner, urgency, evidence, and decision history are explicit. Public messages cannot initiate operational action.

When are direct counterparty details released?

Only after verification, technical-fit review, acceptance of terms, and the release gate for the specific controlled opportunity.

Can I send part numbers, customer data, or technical evidence here?

No. Do not include sensitive personal data, customer data, aircraft or part serial numbers, controlled technical material, or credentials in public channels. Use the authenticated workspace when authorized.

What happens after I submit the public support form?

The inquiry receives a reference and enters a separate public-support review queue. It is not a member support case, admission decision, or operational instruction.

What if I never receive the verification email?

Check the address you entered and your spam folder, then use the secure sign-in or recovery path. Never share a password or verification code in a public channel; if it still fails, submit a bounded inquiry.

Why is my membership request still pending?

Admission is a controlled review of identity, representation, purpose, evidence, and scope. A pending request is not an approval; use your reference or a bounded inquiry for follow-up without resending sensitive evidence publicly.

How do I ask about a payment or invoice?

Choose Billing in the support form and include only the reference or general context needed for review. Public guidance cannot change a payment, issue a refund, or confirm a provider outcome.

How do I follow up after a public inquiry?

Keep the reference shown after submission and use it when contacting Nexus through the selected route. Public inquiries remain separate from member cases, and no response time is guaranteed.
